Inventory. Inventory. Inventory. There is no doubt now, total inventory has risen. The market is slowing down. While seasonal slowdowns are expected around this time, it's worth noting that sales are down nearly 2% year-over-year. Here are the inventory numbers:

New listings have put us into a high supply index at a greater rate than the seasonally adjusted numbers found in the Supply vs Demand report. See the STAT report for the full picture. It's too early to know what this all means.
